POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within collaborative team-based clinical environment
• Flexible scheduling structure including optional 3x12 schedule supporting strong work-life balance
• Strong administrative support allowing physicians to remain focused on patient care rather than operational burden
• Stable outpatient workflow with manageable pace averaging approximately 2-3 patients per hour
• Community-focused healthcare organization serving diverse patient populations within mission-driven environment

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $230,000-$270,000 annually
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility
• Relocation assistance available case-by-case

SCHEDULE
• Flexible scheduling options available

• No inpatient responsibilities noted

ROLE
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for adult and pediatric patient populations
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
• Maintain continuity of care within primary care setting
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary outpatient care environment
• Support underserved and diverse patient populations
