We are seeking compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapists who are passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults through a flexible hybrid care model that combines virtual care with opportunities for in-person collaboration and patient engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active independent clinical licensure in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), or Virginia (VA).
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience providing therapy to youth, adults, and individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges.
  • Experience treating patients across the lifespan (ages 7 and older).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Telehealth experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with specialized populations or treatment areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, or grief and loss.
  • Experience providing telehealth services.
  • Familiarity with Athena EMR and electronic health record documentation standards.
  • Experience working within integrated or collaborative care environments.
Requirements


Assessment & Evaluation:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.

Therapeutic Interventions:

  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT.
  • Deliver care both onsite and virtually in alignment with the hybrid care model.

Monitoring & Documentation:

  • Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate treatment plans, progress, and recommendations with clients, families, and stakeholders.

Crisis Intervention:

  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
  • Develop safety plans and strategies to prevent or mitigate crises.

Education & Support:

  • Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Caseload Expectations:

  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25+ clinical sessions per week.
  • Full-time 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options to include evenings and weekends.

Salary Description
$70,000-$80,000/year
