Timac Agro USA is seeking a Zone Director to lead and grow our Southern Region sales team while building strong relationships with growers, distributors, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performing team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATCs)
- Execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Coach and mentor sales teams through ride-a longs, training, and performance development.
- Strengthen customer relationships and support grower success.
- Manage forecasting, CRM reporting, and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in agriculture.
- Experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- CCA certification preferred.
