We're looking for individuals with:
- Proven experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment
- The ability to manage and process provider/clinician credentialing and recredentialing applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is a plus
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and with average MS Excel skills
- Ability to track, monitor, and follow up on credentialing REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with Clinicians/providers , facilities and internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

To be successful, you must possess the following:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare BPO
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of provider records and documentation
- Problem-solving skills necessary to identify discrepancies and take appropriate action
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with peers, supervisors, and management to achieve client goals
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and manage shifting priorities
