Description

About Traliant

Traliant is an award-winning technology company transforming compliance training from boring to brilliant. We empower organizations to build healthier, more inclusive workplaces through engaging, interactive online training on topics like workplace harassment, diversity and inclusion, and data privacy. As a fast-growing, remote-first company, we’re looking for team members who thrive in dynamic environments and share our passion for excellence and innovation.

The opportunity

As a Product Manager at Traliant, you will own the full cycle of product discovery and delivery — from understanding what the market and our customers need, to defining what we build, to shipping it fast alongside a talented team of engineers and designers. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be embedded in the daily work of the product team, not sitting above it. You don't consider a feature done when the spec is written — you see it through to production, staying close to the work until it's in customers' hands. You bring AI tools into everything you do: synthesizing customer signals at scale, researching the competitive landscape, analyzing support and sales data, and generating specs that engineering can move on quickly. AI-native work isn't an experiment for you — it's how you operate.

You'll work closely with UX, engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to continuously translate customer needs into shipped features. Success in this role means a roadmap grounded in evidence, specs that are clear and actionable, and a delivery cadence the business can count on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing customer interviews and discovery sessions to surface unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and build a deep understanding of how customers use the platform day-to-day
  • Analyze customer signals across Salesforce, CSM notes, sales call transcripts, support tickets, and bug reports to identify patterns, gaps, and high-priority opportunities
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and competitive analysis — treating AI-assisted work as a first-class discipline
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap grounded in data, customer evidence, and business priorities
  • Write detailed, spec-driven feature definitions that give UX and engineering clear direction and reduce ambiguity in delivery
  • Work alongside designers and engineers daily — in the details, not above them — to move features from concept to shipped
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to stay close to customer feedback loops and ensure new capabilities land with customers effectively
  • Monitor post-release performance and iterate based on usage data and ongoing customer input
  • Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in HR tech, Ed tech, Compliance or adjacent B2B SaaS industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools as a core part of your workflow — for research, writing, analysis, and synthesis
  • Strong analytical instincts — you're comfortable reading Salesforce data, call transcripts, and support queues and drawing actionable conclusions from them
  • Proven experience running customer interviews and discovery processes that directly inform roadmap decisions
  • Experience with spec-driven development: you know how to write a feature spec that UX and engineers can act on without back-and-forth
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and iteratively with design and engineering teams to ship product quickly
  • Clear, direct communicator — written and verbal — capable of translating customer problems into product decisions
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Jira is a plus
