Help support the successful installation and implementation of patient monitoring solutions across healthcare systems nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Associate Install Project Manager to coordinate installation activities, support customer communication, and help ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with customer expectations. This is a field-based, home-office role supporting customer installations throughout the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage multiple patient monitoring installation projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations
- Develop and maintain project schedules related to hardware delivery, software implementation, installation activities, and customer training
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, ensuring clear communication between customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Partner closely with Clinical, Service, Sales, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams to support installation planning and go-live readiness
- Conduct ongoing project status meetings with both customers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, timelines, and open action items
- Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership
- Help troubleshoot installation challenges and collaborate across teams to identify solutions and alternative paths forward when needed
- Support project continuity and provide backup coverage for other project managers when necessary
- Assist with coordinating external vendors and third-party resources tied to installation activities
- Build strong working relationships with hospital staff, vendors, and internal teams to help drive successful project execution
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of project management experience within a healthcare environment preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working directly with external customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate resources and drive project progress
- Ability to understand technical information related to healthcare products, software, service, and installation processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Home-based field position with domestic travel approximately 20–30%
