Senior Salesforce Administrator
Description

 In this role, you’ll support the ongoing development, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce environments that help Collegis Education serve its higher education partners and clients.


This role exists to support multiple Salesforce environments by translating business and technical requirements into effective CRM solutions, maintaining system functionality, and helping ensure Salesforce platforms remain reliable, secure, and aligned to client and business needs.


What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in the development of client solutions using Force.com and other Salesforce-related technologies
  • Prepare documentation including requirements, design documentation, test cases, and other materials as needed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyze, design, and configure software to develop and implement systems that meet customer-facing business and technical requirements
  • Support the maintenance of functional areas including data management, dashboards, reports, configurations, and existing development
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce configurations and functionality
  • Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues involving CRM and business operations
  • Act in a consultative capacity to support Salesforce.com optimization and ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Contribute to and assist with company and department projects and initiatives beyond Salesforce administration
  • Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security-related issues
  • Reduce risk of theft, fraud, or misuse of information assets by acting as the data steward for the systems and applications you administer
Requirements

 What You'll Bring: Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience with data load tools
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow
  • Ability to quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the application
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced IT team environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required
  • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required

Work Environment & Schedule:


This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid environment. In alignment with our commitment to collaboration and team engagement, employees will be expected to follow a schedule working onsite 2–3 days per week to support in-person connection and cross-functional partnership.
