Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Provide information about the facility, upcoming events, and available services
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
  • Set up and maintain gaming stations and equipment, ensuring all hardware and software are in optimal condition
  • Conduct routine checks to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting during gaming sessions
  • Support the organization and execution of e-sports events, tournaments, and competitions
  • Help coordinate event logistics, including registration, equipment setup, and participant management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all events and activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas and equipment
  • Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
  • Organize and tidy up gaming areas
  • Promote and sell concession items, snacks, and beverages
  • Handle transactions and provide customer service in the concession area
  • Assist customers in creating gamer profiles
  • Verify residency for discounts and event participation


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in event support or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Must be at least 17 years of age
  • Passionate about E-sports and knowledgeable about the gaming industry
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical knowledge of gaming equipment and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
