Role Summary
The Junior Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing sales orders and related activities throughout the order lifecycle. Responsibilities for this role include processing sales orders, submitting contract reviews, tracking order status, and onboarding new customers. ** This role is onsite in our Irvine, CA office**
Essential Functions
• Perform general data entry tasks in Biznet, CRM, and ERP.
• Enter purchase requirements and lists into the business system.
• Process sales orders, submit for contract review and follow until CR is submitted to
Purchasing.
• Track order status and manage system updates.
• Obtain order acknowledgements and send order confirmations to customer/AM.
• Review of all aspects of customer orders: order entry, open order review and shipping status
• Assist in resolving all issues and communicating all changes to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in onboarding new customers by completing forms and creating accounts in business
system (Biznet/CRM).
• Provide tracking/COCs/test reports have been provided to the customer/AM.
• Provide back-up administrative support to Account Managers and other staff.
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
• Handle additional projects/duties as directed.

Education and/or Experience and Physical Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of education and work experience (preferably in the electronic
components/computer parts industry).
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time during the
shift.
• Lift up to 25 pounds or more, over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Finger, wrist, and hand dexterity with repetitive motion.
