Position Overview


The Context Engineering Intern within our Innovation Team is a part-time position focused on using cutting-edge AI programming tools to test, build, and deploy creative solutions. This role emphasizes AI-assisted problem solving and the practice of Professional Context Engineering, with a primary focus on quality assurance testing.

The Intern will work closely with the Innovation Team to design and run AI-driven QA workflows—including smoke tests, end-to-end tests, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automated regression testing—using tools such as Playwright. Development work is a secondary responsibility, with the Intern contributing to bug fixes, feature enhancements, and small-scale applications as needed, while continuously learning and adapting to new AI tools and workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted QA testing workflows, including smoke tests and end-to-end coverage using tools such as Playwright.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm features work as intended from the end user’s perspective.
  • Diagnose issues, troubleshoot errors, and document defects discovered through QA testing using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Leverage AI programming tools and software to design and implement creative solutions.
  • Contribute to development work as needed, including bug fixes, small features, and prototype enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members to explore innovative approaches to quality assurance and problem solving.
  • Stay current with AI tools, practices, and advancements to ensure solutions are built on the latest capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate college program.
  • Strong interest and comfort in working with AI and AI-assisted programming tools. Experience working with AI and AI-assisted programming tools preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and the capacity to think creatively and strategically.
  • Detail oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Independent worker with strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Eagerness to experiment, learn, and adapt to new technologies.
  • (Preferred but not required) Exposure to software development concepts, workflows, or tools.
