Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Process parts orders from initial customer request through shipment coordination to ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly to warranty claims, technical support issues, and field service situations.
  • Assist installers with job-site questions and problem resolution.
  • Process payments, debit/credit memos, warranty transactions, and installer payments accurately.
  • Coordinate with chain account installers to ensure installation procedures are followed properly.
  • Track and ensure return of defective equipment.
  • Stay current on refrigeration systems, products, and technology updates.
  • Communicate field issues, product concerns, and manufacturing-related problems to appropriate internal teams.
Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications


Education/Certification:
Minimum two-year degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration or equivalent required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Required Knowledge:
Working knowledge of refrigeration systems required. Basic electrical and construction knowledge, along with the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams, is preferred.

Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong multitasking abilities required.
