This internship is unpaid and recruitment is ongoing. Anticipated start date is August 2026.
This Internship is in-person in the office located at 3201 Tamarac Dr in Denver, CO
The Human Resources Intern works closely with the HR Generalist and other HR Team Members. This position will work on special projects, including HR policy reviews, document standardization, and leading the file-scanning project. The HR Intern will also work with the HR Generalist to update policies and training materials.
Responsibilities:
- File project: Transfer current employee files to digital files on SharePoint.
- Recruitment and orientation: Support hiring processes, including new hire orientation.
- Homogenize documents: Ensure interview questions have an equivalent format, update questions, track search materials.
- Performance management project: Assist with performance management review project.
Other:

Qualifications:
Education:
Enrolled in an accredited degree program.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff, volunteers, leadership, and external constituencies.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Customer-focused.
