Job Summary

The Spa Clinic is seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Master Esthetician to join our growing luxury medical aesthetics practices located in Northern Virginia.


This role is ideal for a skilled esthetician who is passionate about advanced skincare, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and working in a medically supervised environment. The ideal candidate is confident performing medical-grade aesthetic treatments, educating patients, and building long-term client relationships through personalized care and results-driven treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including HydraFacials, chemical peels, laser treatments, facials, and other medical-grade skincare services 
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations 
  • Educate patients on skincare regimens, treatment expectations, pre- and post-care instructions, and maintenance plans 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation within the EMR system 
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and maintained according to clinical and safety standards 
  • Collaborate closely with providers, injectors, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience 
  • Recommend retail skincare products and treatment plans in a professional, consultative manner 
  • Stay current on skincare trends, technologies, and continuing education opportunities 
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care 

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia Master Esthetician license required 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred 
  • Experience with HydraFacials, chemical peels, and laser treatments strongly preferred 
  • Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and advanced skincare treatments 
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment 
  • Professional appearance and commitment to delivering a luxury patient experience 
  • Comfortable with patient education, consultations, and treatment plan recommendations 
  • Lymphatic massage experience is a plus 

Schedule & Availability

  • Full and Part-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling available 
  • Availability to work select weekdays and occasional Saturdays preferred
