• Help develop and maintain annual content calendars that support corporate and community marketing initiatives.

• Research emerging social media trends, content formats, AI-powered tools, and digital marketing technologies that can improve content creation, planning, and audience engagement.

• Help build repeatable, AI-assisted content workflows that transform existing content assets and newly captured content into scalable social media programs.

• Organize and maintain a growing library of photography, video assets, content ideas, and creative resources that can be leveraged across multiple marketing channels.

• Leverage the expertise and insights of onsite team members to uncover authentic stories, unique resident experiences, and community highlights.

• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improving engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.

• Complete an independent project that supports company objectives while aligning with your professional interests and career goals.

Why This Internship Is Different

Unlike many marketing internships, this role offers direct mentorship from executive leadership and the opportunity to help shape content strategy across an entire portfolio of luxury residential communities.

The ideal candidate will leave the summer having helped create not only great content, but also the systems, workflows, and ideas that will support The Doran Group's marketing efforts long after the internship concludes.
