Join Blue Sky Bank as a full-time Treasury Management Specialist II (TMS II) in Tulsa, Oklahoma!
This role plays a key part in supporting treasury services by assisting with prospecting, marketing, selling, and cross-selling treasury management products and commercial deposit accounts. The TMS II serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and prospect.
- Open and manage a variety of business accounts, including commercial, small business, and specialty accounts.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and training for treasury services.
- Provide top-tier client support via inbox, secure messaging, and phone.
- Prepare and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with internal teams (Retail, Operations, Fraud, Wire) to resolve client needs.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand treasury and deposit relationships.
- Monitor risk, recognize fraud red flags, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support audits, reviews, and ongoing account maintenance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of Banking Experience (including 9 months-2 years of Treasury Management Services experience.)
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of Bank products, computer systems, and software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
