Build Connections That Inspire Giving

  • Develop and nurture relationships with individual donors, businesses, and community partners
  • Identify and cultivate new supporters who are passionate about advancing our mission
  • Ensure every donor feels valued through thoughtful stewardship and recognition efforts

Strengthen Our Fundraising Impact

  • Support execution of our annual fundraising plan to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Assist with campaigns, appeals, and giving opportunities—including monthly and planned giving
  • Help tell powerful stories through donor communications, proposals, and presentations

Bring Our Mission to the Community

  • Represent Living Resources at events and in the community to expand awareness and engagement
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising and donor appreciation events that inspire connection
  • Collaborate across teams to create meaningful experiences for supporters

Drive Organization & Excellence Behind the Scenes

  • Maintain donor records, track contributions, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Support grant writing efforts and development communications
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organization
Requirements

Required:

  • 3+ years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience
  • A genuine passion for mission-driven work and community impact
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience in grant writing and donor communications
  • Familiarity with donor management systems and fundraising software
Salary Description
$73,000-$77,000
