Green Coyote Cantina Cobb has spent the last four years building a reputation for bold Tex-Mex flavors, handcrafted cocktails, exceptional hospitality, and a fun, energetic atmosphere. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager who can help strengthen our team, drive sales, build guest loyalty, and continue establishing Green Coyote as a favorite neighborhood destination.


We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who understands that great restaurants are built through exceptional guest experiences, strong team development, operational excellence, and community involvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
• Build a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
• Develop future leaders and create opportunities for advancement
• Foster employee engagement and retention


Sales Growth & Guest Engagement

• Drive guest counts, repeat business, and local awareness
• Build relationships within the community
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional programs
• Create memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and referrals


Operations Management

• Oversee all Front of House and Back of House operations
• Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety expectations are met
• Maintain operational consistency and accountability
• Lead by example through a strong floor presence


Financial Performance

• Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Analyze business performance and implement action plans
• Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability
• Execute operational and financial goals


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience required
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Proven success in developing teams and driving results
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Passion for hospitality and community engagement


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
