Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance the landscape by planting, watering, pruning, and caring for flowers, trees, and shrubs

- Assist with seasonal planting and landscape design projects

- Perform general groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and debris removal

- Ensure the grounds are safe, clean, and visually appealing in all weather conditions

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement landscape improvement plans

- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

- Passion for outdoor work and landscaping

- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat

- Experience with planting, pruning, and landscape maintenance preferred

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail

- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
