This role includes picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting warehouse organization and stocking activities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for dropship and distribution center operations 
• Identify correct products and verify item descriptions for accurate shipments 
• Prepare and package orders for shipment to customers 
• Support shelf stocking and warehouse organization 
• Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory across warehouse locations
• Follow written standard operating procedures and verbal instructions 
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily goals 
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and workplace safety standards

Pay and Benefits

• Onboard at $16.00, increase to $18.00 after 90 days based on attendance and performance

• Regular lifting of 30–50 lbs., occasional lifting up to 65 lbs. including with teamwork
• Ability to stand, move, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the shift
• Bend, stoop, move weight from above head and floor height
• Use of pallet jack on a regular basis

Required Experience and Skills

•  1+ years of experience in a Warehouse operating a scan gun
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
• Read, be conversant, and comprehension in English 
• Thrives as part of a team 
• Reliable and honest
