What You'll Do:

  • Set Up & Program: Take ownership of setting up and programming CNC machining centers and lathes.
  • Operate & Execute: Run production runs efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor & Inspect: Read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments to verify that every component is built to exact specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and/or machining centers.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and attention to detail.
  • A reliable team player who takes pride in producing quality American-made machinery.

Requirements

Preferred candidates will have experience with:

  • Programming CNC machining centers and lathes
  • Setting up and operating CNC equipment
  • Reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Maintaining quality and accuracy standards in a manufacturing environment
