SUMMARY:

DASCO is seeking a Central Business Operations Systems Manager to oversee and optimize systems, workflows, and operational technologies supporting the organization’s Central Business Operations teams. This role will serve as a key operational and systems partner across departments, focusing on workflow efficiency, automation, system configuration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.


This position will support and manage operational platforms including Parachute, Synapse, Coral, Brightree, and related technologies to ensure streamlined workflows, data integrity, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, collaborative, and experienced in healthcare systems and workflow optimization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Oversee and support operational systems utilized within Central Business Operations

Serve as a primary systems resource for platforms including Parachute, Synapse, Coral, Brightree, and related technologies

Partner with operational leadership to improve workflows, automation, and system utilization across departments

Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, operational rules, and user access

Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors, IT, and operational teams

Support system integrations and ensure data accuracy across platforms

Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics

Lead testing, validation, and implementation efforts for system updates, enhancements, and new workflows

Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow guides

Train and support associates and leaders on systems functionality and best practices

Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Intake, Documentation, Resupply, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and data security standards

Participate in operational strategy discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Other duties and special projects as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or related field preferred

Previous experience supporting healthcare operational systems strongly preferred

Experience with Brightree, Parachute, Synapse, Coral, or similar healthcare technology platforms preferred

Experience with workflow automation, reporting, operational analytics, or process improvement initiatives preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills

Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00

a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

TRAVEL:

Travel may occasionally be required for this position for training, continuing education or other meetings at the corporate office.
