About the Opportunity:
As a Summer Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent & Culture team in various aspects of property management operations. This unpaid internship program is designed to provide college students with practical insights into the real estate industry while offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

- Assist team members with day-to-day operations
- Shadow experienced team members in different departments to gain exposure to various aspects of property management, finance, and real estate sales.
- Collaborate with mentors to set goals and receive feedback on performance and projects.
- Contribute to team projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Attend company events, meetups, and training sessions to expand your knowledge and network within the industry.
Availability:
- Commitment of 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, with at least one day in the office
- Designated Office Day: Lunch is provided during workshops and check-in sessions with fellow interns
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interest in real estate and property management.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
