As the Production Content Graduate Associate, you will learn the core proficiencies of production and execution of all Pistons programming including Detroit Pistons home games, digital/social content, TV & radio and Detroit Pistons auxiliary programming throughout our full season!

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Content Team across all initiatives, both on and off the court, including coverage of Detroit Pistons and Motor City Cruise games, practices, and events throughout the 2026–27 season
- Capture, edit, and assist in the production of video and photo content for digital platforms, social media, and in-arena use
- Help execute assigned content projects from concept to delivery, while also managing individual creative responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners on video and photography projects
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in tagging, logging, and organizing media within the team’s digital asset management system to ensure accessibility and workflow efficiency
- Bachelors degree from a college/university, studying video production, film, broadcast & cinematic arts or a related field
- Enthusiastic creative who is passionate about both their craft and the sports and entertainment industry
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Hard-working, self-improvers who are hungry, proactive, and possess a positive attitude
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, unless otherwise agreed upon with their supervisor
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from The Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center and Little Caesars Arena
- Must be able to provide your own housing throughout the duration of the internship
- Experience with professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones)
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
