Description
- Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, medication refills, lab results, and other inquiries
- Deliver professional, compassionate assistance to patients
- Handle an average of 80 calls per shift with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements
- Fully equipped WFH setup: stable internet, computer, and noise-cancelling headset
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Amenable to night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM local Philippine time, Sunday to Thursday)
- Customer service / call center experience required
- No medical background needed — full training provided
