Description

The all-new Dial Auto Group is seeking an individual to lead and grow our Chevrolet Parts Department.  The primary responsibilities of the Parts Manager are as follows:

  •  Inventory Management.  Manage stocking levels and control obsolescence.  Accurately source and order parts in a timely manner.
  • Human Resources/Leadership.  Supervise parts staff including hiring, training, motivating and scheduling.
  • Revenue Growth.  Consistently looking for incremental opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Expense Management. Manage the parts department budget and accurately handle vendor billing and credits.
  • Program Management.  Work with OEM partners to administer manufacturer programs and incentives.
  • Customer Service. Create an environment which consistently focuses on customer needs.


Requirements
  • 2-5 years of OEM Parts Department experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a supervisory or management role.  
  • GM and Tekion experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational. negotiation and communication skill.
