The Opportunity


We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented Salesforce Administrator who’s excited to build smarter systems, improve user experiences, and help teams work more efficiently through Salesforce.


This role is more than day-to-day admin work — it’s about being a strategic partner to the business. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize processes, automate workflows, improve data quality, and help scale a high-growth Salesforce environment.

What You’ll Do

Optimize the Salesforce Environment

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce across sandbox, developer, and production environments
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, dashboards, reports, and automations
  • Oversee user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and access management
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve adoption, and maximize platform capabilities
  • Maintain strong system health through release updates, security reviews, health checks, and ongoing maintenance

Partner with the Business

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Translate business challenges into thoughtful Salesforce configurations and workflows
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, user experience, and process improvement
  • Communicate platform updates and enhancements clearly to end users and leadership

Improve Data & Operational Excellence

  • Help maintain clean, accurate, and reliable Salesforce data through automation, governance, and quality controls
  • Support reporting and dashboard development to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Assist with data imports, migrations, integrations, and ongoing system enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational reliability and reporting consistency

Support & Enable Users

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and troubleshooting for users across the organization
  • Help onboard and train new users while supporting ongoing enablement efforts
  • Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and efficiency

Integrations & Platform Ecosystem

You’ll work with integrated tools and platforms, including:

  • AirCall
  • Pardot
  • Formstack
  • BigCommerce
  • Blackthorn
  • Stripe 
  • NetSuite

Additional business systems and integrations as our ecosystem grows

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and platform capabilities
  • Experience designing scalable solutions using flows, validation rules, custom objects, and automation tools
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Certifications

  • Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

Highly Preferred

  • Platform Administrator II
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Business Analyst

Bonus Experience

  • Lead conversion optimization
  • Opportunity lifecycle configuration
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Case workflows and automation
  • Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case setup
  • CTI or digital messaging channels (chat, chatbot, etc.)
  • Marketing Cloud / Pardot
  • Pardot experience strongly preferred
