About the Position
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with a variety of content management, administrative, and project coordination responsibilities throughout the summer. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, public relations, content management, and cross-functional project support within a fast-paced environment.
What you can do for us:
- Support the Marketing team with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks.
- Review, organize, scan, and upload press coverage and media placements for inclusion on company websites and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of press mentions, publications, and related marketing assets.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to draft and edit social media captions and supporting content.
- Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, project tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Help organize marketing files, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist with marketing research and special projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
