Job Description
The eCommerce Marketing Manager at Curtis is a key member of the eCommerce and Marketing team who will help lead the end-to-end performance and user experience of Curtis web properties. This will be achieved by developing engaging content, optimizing conversion, leveraging industry trends and all available analytics. This role reports to the Director of eCommerce and Marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Develop email and social media marketing calendars and launch corresponding campaigns with Marketing team.
- Merchandise Curtis websites, set-up SKUS, update product pages and build customer centric category and brand pages.
- Manage technology providers, web developers and software connectors to ensure seamless workflow. This includes discovery, definition and testing of issues or enhancements.
- Develop and/or cultivate dynamic and static content with various available resources and tools.
- Understand and implement best in class structural and technical SEO on all relevant pages.
- Work with Merchandising Team to validate data integrity between the sites, vendors and ERP.
- Responsible for the site search management including maintenance, enhancements and performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to deploy and analyze promotions.
- Other duties as assigned to support internal teams and user experience.
- Oversee and develop the direct reports of the eCommerce Marketing Team.
- Dashboard management of team workflow; prioritizing, identifying trends and exploring efficiencies for the team.
- Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.
Prerequisite Core Competencies:

- Aptitude for problem solving of HTML, JSON, JavaScript and CSS.
- Highly proficient in mathematics and ability to apply mathematical concepts to pricing models, percentages, rounding, etc.

Qualifications:
- Prefer 3+ years in digital marketing or merchandising role focused on user experience, product presentation and conversion.
- Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with BigCommerce and BigCommerce app ecosystem. Shopify experience will also be considered.
- This position can be hybrid or remote, pending location, with less than 15% annual travel.
