What You’ll Do

As our Cafeteria Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while mentoring and supporting others:

  •  Lead and train individuals in food preparation, service, and workplace habits
  • Prepare and oversee daily lunch service
  • Assign tasks and guide team members to success
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized cafeteria environment
  • Support cash handling and basic billing when needed
  • Monitor safety practices and respond quickly to concerns
  • Partner with service coordinators to help individuals reach vocational goals
  • Evaluate work quality and productivity with a focus on excellence
  • Step in to manage operations when the Lead Supervisor is unavailable
  • Help train new team members and support ongoing development

Requirements

What You Bring


We’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to lead:


  • High school diploma or GED  
  • At least 3 years of food service experience  
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills  
  • Basic math skills  
  • Ability to train, guide, and motivate others  
  • Understanding of workplace safety and sanitation  
  • Reliable transportation

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Knowledge of behavior support techniques
