Role: Showroom Coordinator

Reports To: Showroom Manager

Job Summary: The Showroom Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our showroom sales team and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This position works closely with showroom consultants, homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders by providing administrative support, coordinating project information, and helping maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment. This is an entry-level position in showroom sales.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting or contacting the showroom.
  • Serve as backup receptionist as needed, including greeting guests, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Provide clients with product specifications, brochures, look-books, and other product information.
  • Support showroom consultants with project-related administrative tasks.
  • Track orders and purchase orders, communicate updates, and provide status information to clients and team members.
  • Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding order status and delivery information.
  • Help maintain showroom displays, ensuring products, literature, and displays remain current and organized.
  • Coordinate updates to showroom samples, displays, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with preparing project documentation as needed.
  • Organize and maintain customer files, vendor information, and showroom records.
  • Support showroom events, trainings, and vendor presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience from selection through delivery.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, showroom, retail, or sales support experience preferred.
  • Experience in the plumbing, lighting, home building, interior design, or construction industry is a plus.
