We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Marion, Ohio, who is looking for schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages 
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 13–20 patients 
• Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment 
• Work closely with physicians and clinical support staff to coordinate care 
• Participate in a shared phone-only call rotation 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families 
• Promote preventive care and overall wellness across a diverse patient population 
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and high-quality clinical outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $145,000+ annually, depending on experience

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Active Licensure in OH
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
