Larson Cadillac is hiring a Service Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our service department and help create a professional, welcoming experience for every customer.


This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team environment. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in delivering the level of service and professionalism customers expect from a luxury automotive brand.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression 
  • Process payments accurately and balance daily transactions 
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments 
  • Communicate service appointment details and expectations with customers 
  • Support service advisors and department operations with administrative tasks 
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment records 
  • Assist with general front desk and customer service responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Previous cashier, receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing experience is      helpful but not required

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Basic mathematical aptitude 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Ability to independently problem solve.
