We’re hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) who is looking for a leadership opportunity that offers both professional impact and work-life balance. This is a primarily outpatient leadership role focused on clinic operations, staff development, vaccine program coordination, and delivering an exceptional patient experience within a mission-driven community health setting.
You’ll oversee clinical operations across two outpatient locations, support and develop a dedicated care team, and help drive quality outcomes for a diverse patient population. While the role is primarily administrative and operational, occasional direct patient care may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations across two outpatient locations
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing and clinical staff
- Coordinate vaccine programs and related clinical initiatives
- Manage clinic workflows and patient flow to promote operational efficiency
- Support staff training, development, and performance improvement efforts
- Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership to achieve clinical and operational goals
- Ensure a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the care continuum
- Utilize EMR systems to support workflow management and clinic operations
- Provide occasional direct patient care as needed
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $91,500–$108,000 annually

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience in a primary care setting
- Experience training, coaching, and supporting clinical teams
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems and patient flow management
- Current BLS certification
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole are welcomed but not required
