Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify inbound leads, learning to effectively communicate CourtReserve’s value in alignment with prospective clients’ goals.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, pipeline goals, and required activity metrics.
- Accurately manage opportunities from first contact through close, with guidance from sales leadership as needed.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including use cases, deal stages, timelines, and next steps in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Partner with OnBoarding during handoff to support successful implementation and early customer satisfaction.
- Learn and stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and CourtReserve’s evolving product offerings.
- Contribute feedback to improve sales processes, messaging, and tools as you grow in the role.
- Use data and reporting to track performance, forecast activity, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, customer-facing, or revenue-related roles, with exposure to inbound or consultative selling.
- Experience engaging with a range of customer stakeholders, including managers and senior decision-makers, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market organizations; exposure to larger or more complex accounts is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with managing and closing solution-oriented sales cycles using a consultative or value-based approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual sales goals, activity targets, or performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product value and business impact.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce (or equivalent) to manage opportunities, track activity, and support accurate forecasting.
- Comfortable learning new tools, processes, and products in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~25%) for client meetings, team events, or industry conferences.
Salary Description
$80-$90k OTE
