Jones Edmunds is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one or more senior executives. This role ensures seamless operations, manages executive priorities, and supports organizational efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


  What You'll Do:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence and reports
  • Generate reports and summarize data
  • Maintain and archive documents
  • Serve as liaison between executives, staff, and clients
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with facilities coordination and office operations
  • Run business-related errands as needed

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of administrative experience including 3+ years of reporting to a executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and writing ability
  • Excellent organization and prioritization
  • Valid Driver's License
