Safety Management Group is seeking an Environmental Advisor in the Ashdown, Arkansas area.


 

  • Conduct weekly inspections and inspections following qualifying rain events in accordance with SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) requirements
  • Document site conditions through detailed photography to support inspection findings
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports outlining observations, compliance status, and recommended corrective actions
  • Communicate findings clearly with designated construction site representatives
  • Submit completed reports in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain organized electronic records of all inspection reports and supporting documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years with this experience
  • Experience performing SWPP inspections for utility and active construction projects.

 

Physical Demands of the job may include:

  • Moving about long distances
  • Ascending/Descending stairs and ladders
  • Remaining in a stationary position for a prolonged period
  • Working in extreme weather
  • Being exposed to loud noises
  • Wearing personal protective gear correctly
