Resident Care Manager (RN) – Lead from the Floor
Skilled Nursing Facility | Libby, MT

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and daily oversight of resident care delivery
  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Support, coach, and mentor CNAs and nursing staff
  • Participate in admissions, assessments, and care planning
  • Assist with floor coverage as needed (med passes, direct care, resident support)
  • Monitor and drive quality indicators (falls, infections, skin integrity, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license (state-specific)
  • Experience in SNF/LTC strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong clinical judgment and hands-on care skills
  • Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct patient care
  • Organized, solutions-focused, and committed to resident-centered care

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Scheduling based on facility needs (may include some weekend/holiday rotation)

Requirements

Education

Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school. RN required.


Licenses/Certification  

Current RN license.

Valid CPR certificate.


Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Must have, as a minimum, one (1) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
