We supply full lines of terminals, wire, electrical components, fasteners, lighting, safety products and hydraulic power fittings and hose. We also provide custom cable and wire harness assemblies to specialty vehicle manufacturers and many other customers. 

Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls and process customer orders. The Customer Service Representative will process and facilitate Sales Representatives and customer requests, along with providing post-order follow-up service. 

• Answer incoming calls
• Process customer orders
• Process and facilitate Sales Representative and customer requests
• Provide post-order follow-up service to customers and Sales Representatives
• When necessary, assist with outgoing faxes, mail, and e-mail
