The Fremont Company is looking for Seasonal Production Associates!

802 N Front St, Fremont, Ohio 43420 

PAY & BENEFITS

• $12.25/hr plus an end-of-season bonus
• 50–60 hours per week with overtime pay
• Free housing approximately 15 minutes from the worksite
• $200 prepaid travel card upon arrival + $200 upon completion
• Steady work from mid-July through end of November

Note: Workers must provide their own reliable transportation to the worksite.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work on sauerkraut production lines
• Process fresh cabbage, including trim, sort, and process cabbage
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable personal transportation to the worksite
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Prior food production experience preferred but not required
