Description
Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Blanchard & Calhoun division. This role supports Producers in servicing and managing Commercial Lines accounts including new business, renewals, and ongoing client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in commercial insurance account management. This is a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process and collaborate with Producers on account strategy
- Serve as a primary client contact for service-related inquiries
- Prepare applications and market accounts to insurance carriers
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and bind coverage
- Coordinate non-renewals, premium audits, and billing matters
- Collect loss information and maintain accurate client records
- Review policy documentation and ensure proper file management
- Maintain agency management system records and support ongoing account service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum 4 years of insurance industry experience
- Experience with Applied Epic required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
