Protomiq is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help bring campaigns and field marketing initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how modern B2B SaaS marketing works—from events to automation to social. You’ll work across the marketing team to execute campaigns, support events, and keep core campaigns within HubSpot running smoothly.  


This role sits at the center of marketing execution. You’ll help ensure campaigns run smoothly, events convert to pipeline, and our systems stay organized and scalable. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Field Marketing & Events 

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional events  
  • Coordinate logistics, including materials, shipping, booth assets, and vendor communication  
  • Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Help track and report on event performance and pipeline impact  
  • Follow-up on events one on one with sales 

Campaign Execution (Hubspot) - Types: Event, demand gen, regional  

  • Build emails, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot  
  • Manage campaign setup, tagging, and list segmentation  
  • Support lead routing, data hygiene, and campaign reporting  
  • Work with the team to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as expected  

Social Media & Content Support 

  • Schedule and publish posts across social channels  
  • Repurpose content into social formats (event promotion, product highlights, customer stories)  
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaigns  
  • Buildout and support team on pre and post webinar work 

Marketing Operations & Admin 

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers  
  • Help manage assets, templates, and campaign documentation  
  • Support data cleanup and CRM organization  
  • Jump in on ad hoc projects as marketing priorities evolve  


Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing role 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Experience working in HubSpot is a must  
  • Familiar with Salesforce reports and dashboards 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines  
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks  
  • Curious about how marketing drives pipeline and revenue  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment  
  • Up to 25% travel for in person events, conferences, and field marketing efforts 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience supporting events or field marketing  
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and campaign performance reporting 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and automotive tech a plus
