We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Inspector to join our Housekeeping Team.

What You Will Do:
- Inspect assigned properties to ensure they meet company standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest readiness
- Identify, correct, and report issues that do not meet company standards, including housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and safety concerns
- Perform cleaning touch-ups and assist with cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure properties are ready for guest arrival
- Conduct full or partial cleans when operational needs require
- Assist with linen quality checks and ensure linens meet company standards
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally with Housekeeping leadership and other departments
- Build positive working relationships with team members, guests, homeowners, and vendors
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible hours and required weekend work
- Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside frequently lift up to 40 lbs
