What It Takes — Suit Up Requirements

• Ready to jump into hands-on, general labor work in a production environment
• Strong enough to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to stay on your feet and keep moving through the shift
• Skilled at handling the full mission: hang parts, spray with precision, unload, and stack
• A sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth, even coverage every time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven shop
• Previous paint or powder coat experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right recruit
