About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-centered Associate Registrar to join our Office of the Registrar. Reporting to the Senior Registrar, this position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of student records, registration, and academic policy compliance across the university.


Location

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the state of Florida, with a strong preference for applicants based in Palm Beach County. 


Responsibilities

  • Administer course registration processes each semester, including scheduling, enrollment management, and waitlist oversight
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of student academic records in compliance with FERPA and institutional policy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and academic departments on registration and records inquiries
  • Support degree audit and graduation certification processes
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Student Information System (SIS)
  • Collaborate with academic advisors, finance department, and bursar office to resolve student issues
  • Prepare enrollment reports and data summaries for institutional use
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of office policies and procedures
  • Ability to travel to the campus during specified events
Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a registrar's office, student services, or related administrative role
  • Familiarity with FERPA regulations and student data privacy standards
  • Proficiency with student information systems 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Familiarity with transfer credit evaluation processes
