Description
Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a System Administrator to support a federal IT services program. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment while supporting mission-critical operations.
- Administer Microsoft Windows infrastructure
- Support physical and virtual server environments
- Perform patching and vulnerability remediation
- Manage Active Directory and enterprise systems
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Support enterprise IT operations and security requirements
Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Public Trust
- Minimum 5 years IT experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP and/or MCSA may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements
Preferred Technical Skills
Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
