Network Administrator
Description
Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a Network Administrator to support a federal IT services program. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment while supporting mission-critical operations.
- Administer enterprise network infrastructure
- Install and configure network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and availability
- Troubleshoot network incidents and outages
- Implement network upgrades and improvements
- Support routing, switching and access management
Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Public Trust
- Minimum 7 years networking experience
- Network+ may substitute for 2 years; CCNA may substitute for 3 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements
Preferred Technical Skills
Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
