The ConcertoCare HR team is looking for an HR Analyst who will:
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer and partner with the HR team to drive analytical solutions to engage employees and facilitate the positive impact the effectiveness of the function.
- Perform analytical and project management tasks associated with recruiting & workforce metrics, leave management, employee engagement, performance appraisals, and other personnel programs within the Human Resources Department.
The HR Analyst:

- Is experienced in using HRIS to support the HR function and drive impact across the organization using analytic techniques.
- Possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, consistently engaging stakeholders appropriately.
- Has exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; detail-oriented and a self-starter.
Responsibilities may include:
- Track and consolidate HR metrics associated with recruiting and turnover in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to develop solutions that facilitate an optimal onboarding experience.
- Collect, compile, organize, and provide professional analysis data relating to talent acquisition and diversity trends, metrics, and turnover.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards using relevant HR metrics to identify trends in a variety of areas to support decision making and workforce planning.
- Manage all Leave of Absence (LOA) requests (Disability, Family Medical Leave, Other Medical, and Leave as an Accommodation) from ConcertoCare employees in accordance with ConcertoCare policy, disability management protocols and Federal and State regulations.
- Maintain, analyze and conduct the interactive process, coordinate reasonable accommodation requests with employee/manager and HRBPs on a case-by-case basis.
- Interact with colleagues, third party administrators, management and physician offices to ensure all appropriate information is obtained and documented in compliant manner and maintains open two-way communication with the employee, HRBPs, Managers, and payroll throughout the entire leave and/disability process.
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure accuracy and proper usage of sick/vacation hours in consideration of any state benefits integration.
- Ensures Workers Compensation claims are properly filed with the Workers Compensation insurance provider and follows up as necessary.
- Champion engagement practices and administer the annual employee engagement survey process and market specific pulse surveys.
- Partner with the Sr HRBP to collect performance management data and develop reporting and analysis through generated reports from various databases using queries and reporting tools to produce meaningful metrics.
- Administer the annual salary process in partnership with the Chief People Officer and Sr. HRBP
- Navigate the HRIS system to maintain accurate employee files, job information and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources ,with a strong understanding of leave management preferred.
- Experti se working in multiple systems to extract data.
- Develops strong relations with and consistently communicates with peers, market leadership/departments and outside vendors.
- Detailed oriented and ability working with minimal direct supervision.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $75,000 to $85,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
