Salon Manager - Center Manager
Description

The Center Manager ensures guests have a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. This includes but is not limited to consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development, and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness.



Requirements
  • Minimum of 36 hours per week in the center
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends 
  • A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
  • A professional appearance always
  • Lead the team in Sales and model Best Practices to drive results.
  • Proven track record in building genuine relationships with guests.
  • Passion to support and represent the EWC values.
  • Ability to ensure the center delivers an exceptional and memorable guest experience with every guest who enters the door.
  • Ability to create guest intimacy with each transaction, building brand loyalty and creating a guest for life. Promotes sharing her experience with friends.
  • Proven track record in training a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of driving results to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Prove track record of taking ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
  • Ability to communicate business goals and priorities to a team to maximize Associate performance and increase sales opportunities and profitability.
  • Ability to maintain presence through effective floor sales leadership, ensuring staff coverage in all areas of the center.


Salary Description
$42,000-$46,000 commission and bonuses offered
