Description

Vice President of Finance

Cohere | Phoenix, AZ (Preferred)

$175,000 - $190,000 annually + annual bonus opportunity of up to 15% + comprehensive benefits + 16 paid holidays

Hiring range based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Vice President of Finance to help shape the next chapter of growth at Cohere.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for strengthening our financial planning capabilities, building scalable reporting and performance management processes, and serving as a trusted business partner to the executive team. You'll work cross-functionally across the organization to develop financial models, forecasting processes, KPIs, and reporting that support better decision-making and long-term growth.

This is an opportunity to help build, not simply maintain. We're looking for a finance leader who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and thinking strategically, someone who can translate data into insight, challenge assumptions, and help guide the business through its next phase of evolution.

If you're energized by creating structure, influencing strategy, and building scalable solutions, we'd love to meet you.
