OVERVIEW

The Lobby Ambassador creates memorable guest experiences through exemplary service and dedication. From welcoming members and guests into the Club, assisting guests during check-in to checkout, and everything in between, this role caters to our member and guest needs. 


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests

· Escort guests to their room; explain the heat/air thermostat and TV functions; offer to fill ice bucket, store clothing, and bring out luggage rack; offer to empty and hang garment bags into closet

· Pick up and deliver guest luggage to guestrooms as requested; assist with luggage storage as requested

· Ensure that the reception area and Lobby are maintained in a clean, organized manner

· Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner

· Maintain expert knowledge in all areas of the Club and the city to best assist guest inquires and needs

· Assist and relieve security officer for breaks and lunches

· Other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

· A minimum of one (1) year successful customer service experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
